Storyline:
Clyde Shelton family brutally murdered. Those responsible are caught. However, due to improper procedure, DA, Nick Rice has only circumstantial. So he decides to get one of them to testify against the other. When Shelton learns about it, he was not happy. Ten years later, those who were judged to be done, but something goes wrong, the implementation awry and he suffers. They learn that someone broke into the car. And the other was found dead, killed in a horrible way. Rice suspects Shelton, then he should take it. Originally Shelton agrees to plea bargain with rice, but decided against it. It seems that Shelton is not done, it appears that he blames the system and declare war after it is all related to his family. So Rice to stop it, but Shelton is way ahead of him.
