Storyline:
In an America devastated by crime and overcrowded Prisons, the government sanctioned the annual period of 12 hours in any criminal activity, including murder, becomes legal. The police will not be called. Hospitals suspend aid. Their only night when people are controlled without thinking about the consequences.
